- Quality full colour A3 and A4 brochures with floor plan and extensive photography – this is rarely done by other lettings agents but we find it gets viewings from potential tenants that would not have looked at the property from the brief ‘lettings list’ description provided by many agents.
- Open 7 days a week - Accompanied viewings available 7 days a week
- Full Management Service, ensuring all compliance matters are taken care of, accompanied viewings, thorough referencing of potential tenants, provision of Inventory, rent collection, rapid payout of rent to landlords, efficient maintenance arrangements when any problem occurs (either through our own reputable contractors or through your own if you prefer), registering of tenant’s bond / deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (a legal requirement), and absolutely all other aspects of the management that takes any stress away from the landlord
